We were recently approached by a unique client – an upscale apartment complex looking to appeal to a niche market. Rather than approaching this project with a traditional marketing approach, we turned to socialites and influencers, the tastemakers of our generation, to bring this brand to life. Our approach was simple: we created a lifestyle campaign that positioned Oyster Court apartments as the ultimate destination for those seeking luxury and exclusivity. We collaborated with top influencers and hosted a glamorous girls’ night in one of the apartments, showcasing the property’s stunning features and amenities. The results were incredible. We generated a tremendous amount of buzz and engagement, and Oyster Court received a surge of queries and interest from our targeted niche market.
